Spicy Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. water
    4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine first 6 items in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix well. Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir well.
    Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or soft ball stage.
    Add pecan halves.
    Stir until coated.
    Spread on wax paper.
    Separate with fork.
    Cool.
    Yield: 4 cups.
