Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can French onion soup
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter and pour in ovenproof casserole dish.
    Add rice, uncooked, to butter.
    Pour soup, consomme and mushrooms over rice and butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven or until rice is tender.
