Mustard Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

leg of lamb (about 5 lb.)
mustard
garlic powder
2 onions
Preparation

Trim all fat from lamb; place on baking rack in roasting pan. Spread mustard over entire leg of lamb and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Peel and slice onions.
Cover meat with onions.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
