Berry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or other fresh berries
    1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    2 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Rinse, drain and hull or clean berries.
    Should have 2 cups berries.
    Puree berries along with remaining ingredients in a blender or a food processor until smooth.
    If berries have seeds, strain after pureeing.
    Serve with cakes, poached fruits and custards.
