Honey Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. honey
    3 eggs
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 box coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. carrots, grated
Preparation
    Beat together and pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
