Kitchen Sink Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Arrange in layers:
    potatoes, carrots, corn and rice.
    Mix ground beef and onions together with salt and pepper to taste. Put mixture on top of rice.
    Pour can of tomatoes over meat. Punch holes in the top so juice goes down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Grated cheese may be added on top, if desired.
