Devil'S Float - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 to 1 c. nuts (optional)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
-
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Mix milk, vanilla and shortening.
Add dry ingredients and nuts; mix well. Put in deep greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
