Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Irish potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Pare potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating well with cheese mixture.
