Macaroni Cloud In A Mug - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. macaroni, cooked
1 c. milk
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Stir milk into cornstarch.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat to low.
Add cheese and corn.
Stir to melt cheese.
Remove from heat.
Beat egg yolks lightly.
Slowly add cheese mix.
Stir constantly.
Fold in macaroni; cool slightly. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Fold into macaroni mix.
Fill four 12-ounce ovenproof mugs or 10-ounce custard cups with mix.
Leave 1/4 inch at top.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 4.
