Fried Onions And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, sliced thin
1 large onion, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Place potatoes in large frying pan with small amount of shortening.
Sprinkle onion onto potatoes.
Add salt.
Bring to a good fry on high heat.
Pour water into potatoes after they begin to brown.
Cover and cook until tender.
Great with pinto beans!
