Acini Dipepe Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. acini dipepe
1 c. mandarin oranges
16 oz. crushed pineapple (set aside juice)
12 oz. cool whip
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg, flour, salt and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Let cool. Cook acini dipepe. Rinse and drain. Combine cooled
sauce mixture with fruit and cooled acini dipepe. Chill. Add cool whip and mix.
