Food Processor French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 1/2 c. bread flour or all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine flour and salt in processor bowl and mix for a few seconds.
    Add dissolved yeast. With machine running, slowly pour in approximately 1 cup water.
    A soft ball of dough should form in a few seconds.
    If dough is too sticky, add flour a tablespoon at a time.
    If dough is too dry and ball does not form, add water a teaspoon or so at a time.
    Process about 1 minute after ball forms to knead dough.
