Southwest Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Salsa
    2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
    1/4 Tsp. Ground Cumin
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
    1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    1-16 oz. Can Refried Beans
    1 Cup Cubed Cooked Chicken
    10 or 12 Flour Tortillas (6 inches)
    Sour Cream and additional Salsa, optional
Preparation
    Place the first seven ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese in a food processor; blend until smooth.
    Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
