Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
16 oz. sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Press into buttered spring form mold.
Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, one at a time, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into pan on top of crust.
Bake at 350 for 30 -35 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Pour over cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes.
