Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 slices bread, dried in oven
    1/2 c. oil
    2 onions
    4 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. sage
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute the onions in the oil in frying pan.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until loaf pulls from side of pan.
