Meat Balls In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    dash of pepper
    dash of m.s.g.
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix meat, eggs, cheese and seasonings.
    Shape into about 30 (1 1/2-inch) balls; brown slowly on all sides in a little hot fat, about 20 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat; pour in soup.
    Add 2/3 cup water slowly, stirring to blend.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
