Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    tomatoes
    zucchini
    squash
    bell pepper
    onion
    no sage Owens sausage
    low-fat Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add a layer of sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Then add a layer of sliced yellow squash, salt and pepper.
    Add a layer of sliced zucchini, salt and pepper.
    Add sliced onion and bell peppers, if desired.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Then brown 2 pounds No Sage Owens Country sausage.
    Spread browned sausage on top of vegetables. Then spread low-fat grated Cheddar cheese on top of all.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
