Fred Kahle'S Fish Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. precooked rice
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. thawed frozen haddock
    2 slices onion, separated into rings
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except fish.
    Cut fish into 4 pieces. Place on top of rice in a casserole dish.
    Cover with foil. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 30 or 40 minutes, until fish is flake-tender.
