Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French green beans
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour and sugar; remove from heat.
    Add sour cream; mix with beans and mushrooms. Melt remaining butter; mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Cover casserole with cheese.
    Top with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
