Croatian Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    lemon juice
    apples, sliced and peeled
    sugar and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; add remaining ingredients except apples.
    Combine apples with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Roll half of dough about 1/2 inch thick.
    Place in greased pan.
    Cover with sliced and sweetened apple slices.
    Roll out other half of dough and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
