Catfish Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 filets of catfish
    4 radishes
    1 bunch scallions or 2 large leeks, chopped
    4 carrots, sliced in julienne style
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place catfish, skin side up, in a glass oven dish, side by side.
    Sprinkle lightly with coarse pepper and drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over filets.
    Meanwhile, saute all vegetables in 1 tablespoon oil, using a large skillet until almost done.
    Then sprinkle sesame seed over vegetables and cook until lightly brown.
    After 15 minutes of cooking, remove catfish from oven and spread vegetables equally over each filet.
    Serve with salad and white or red wine.
