Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans artichoke hearts or bottoms
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Colombo round sourdough bread
Preparation

Rough chop artichokes.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Then, take the bread and cut a 4-inch square on top and cut to the bottom but don't cut all the way through.
Hollow out completely under and to the sides.
Fill cavity with dip.
Wrap bread in foil, leaving the top where the dip is exposed. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then, pull foil off and brown the bread. Serve hot.
