Sirloin Strips Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat, cut in strips (young venison works well)
    3 oz. canned mushrooms or 3 large sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 green onions, cut up or 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Brown strips in oil.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Stir.
    Five minutes later, add broccoli.
    Combine bouillon cubes and hot water and then add to mixture.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and cold water.
    Add to mixture to thicken.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Serve with rice.
