Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter, oil, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
    Add 2 cups flour with salt, soda and cream of tartar.
    Add remaining flour.
    Mix dough and let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Make dough into small balls and roll in granulated sugar.
    Press down with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Cookies will not be brown.
