Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    m.s.g.
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. ham, chopped
    1/2 c. shrimp, cut in half
    2 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Cook rice and let stand 10 minutes.
    Melt oil and butter in skillet.
    Add garlic, onion, m.s.g., salt and pepper; brown lightly.
    Add ham and shrimp.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add rice.
    Toss. Add ketchup.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Serve with soy sauce.
