Chinese Stewed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Chinese stewing sauce
    4 c. water
    1 whole chicken, rinsed and patted dry
Preparation
    Put stewing sauce and 4 cups water in pot big enough to hold chicken. Bring to boil. Add chicken and turn heat to low. Cover and cook at low heat for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken over and simmer 10 more minutes. Turn off heat. Allow chicken to stand in sauce for 20 minutes. Remove and drain. Let cool. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
