Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Sift and add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir in zucchini, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
