Strawberry Sour Cream Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    2 pkg. strawberry jello (small boxes)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add strawberries and stir until strawberries are melted.
    Add pineapple and juice.
    Place half the mixture in a mold.
    Let set in refrigerator, then spread over the 1 cup sour cream carefully.
    Pour over remaining half of jello mixture.
    Allow to set at least 4 to 5 hours.
