Conch Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. chopped salt pork
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 large potatoes, chopped
    6 large chopped tomatoes
    1 lb. ground conch
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion and salt pork until brown.
    Add potatoes, tomatoes and enough water to cover.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add conch, seasonings, hot sauce and sherry, if desired.
