Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. peeled and cut up potatoes
2 to 3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil and mash potatoes until smooth.
Mix with rest of ingredients and
cool.
Put into greased casserole.
Refrigerate overnight to room temperature.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika.
Works great to put in crock-pot.
