Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can (about 16 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes with diced green chilies
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    Doritos chips, broken up in smaller pieces
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite
    size pieces and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In
    separate\tbowl,
    mix
    together both soups, tomatoes with chili
    and
    onion.
    Pour
    mixture
    over chicken, cover with cheese and top generously with Doritos chips.
    Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes;\tuncovered the last 5 minutes.
