Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 small jalapeno peppers (depending on how hot you want it)
    12 tomatoes
    3 bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 onions
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and chop all ingredients finely.
    Cook until thick.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Makes about 3 pints.
