Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, thoroughly drained
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped and drained
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and toss.
Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
