Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and make a paste.
    Add milk and stir until thickened.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted. Add salt and pepper.
    Slice potatoes and place a layer of them in a 3 quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1/3 of the onions over the potatoes.
    Pour 1/3 of sauce over potatoes and onions.
    Repeat until all ingredients are in casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
