Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hamburger
    2 large onions (2 c.)
    1 potato
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Boil hamburger meat, salt, potato and 1 cup of onions, then mash.
    Soft fry tortillas and roll with meat mixture, cheese and onion.
    Mix enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Pour over rolled stuffed tortillas.
    Top with leftover cheese and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
