Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box puff pastry
    1 pkg. Durkee taco seasoning
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bag Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
    1 bag sharp Cheddar (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Thaw pastry dough.
    Cut with 2 1/2 to 3-inch round cookie cutter until all dough is used.
    Fry ground beef and drain grease. Add seasoning as directed on package.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each circle of dough.
    Mix cheeses and put about 1 teaspoonful on meat mixture.
    Fold circle in half and seal edges, making a pocket of meat and cheese.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
