Blue Crab Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. blue crab meat or meat from 4 crabs (omit the shells)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, juiced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 cube oleo, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and spoon into large scallop baking shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are brown.
