Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in oven for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or microwave.
