Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar (in egg whites)
    3 Tbsp. sugar (per egg white)
    9-inch pie shell, cooked
Preparation
    Cook milk, flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and egg yolks until thick.
    Add vanilla and butter; set aside to cool, while beating egg whites.
    Cover pie with meringue.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown, about 25 minutes.
