Karen'S Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. medium wide egg noodles (yolkless noodles can be substituted)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    16 oz. sour cream (low-fat can be substituted)
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese (low-fat can be substituted)
    4 oz. sweet butter
    3/4 to 1 1/4 c. milk (1% milk can be substituted)
    5 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Boil noodles for 5 minutes with a little bit of oil; drain and run cold water over noodles.
    Blend all other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Place blended mixture in a lasagna dish; sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Serves 18 hungry people or 24 less hungry people.
