Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
3 Tbsp. honey (to taste)
Preparation

Mix oil and vinegar; add honey and mustard.
Shake well and keep refrigerated.
Great for salads or over pasta or rice.
May be used as a marinade.
For a creamy style, add 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt.
