Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. unprocessed wheat bran
    3 Tbsp. melted corn oil margarine
    1/4 c. blackstrap molasses
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray muffin pans with nonstick vegetable coating.
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    In another bowl, combine other ingredients, except raisins and mix well.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not overmix.
    Stir in raisins and fill prepared muffin pans 3/4 full.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
