Pan-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fillets
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Dry fillets.
    Stir eggs in bowl.
    Put bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Dip fillets in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Use 11-inch skillet with 1/4-inch oil to fry.
    Brown both sides at high temperature, then turn to low temperature to finish frying.
