Elegant Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. stew beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
3/4 c. sherry or other red wine
mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 or 3 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
