Strawberry Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. (3 oz. size) strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (10 oz. size) frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained
    1 can (15 1/2 oz. size) crushed pineapple, undrained
    3 bananas, sliced
    2 c. commercial sour cream, divided
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in fruit.
    Pour half of gelatin mixture into an 8-inch pan and refrigerate until firm. Store remaining gelatin mixture at room temperature.
