Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 green pepper
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. green onions, cut in 1-inch lengths
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut
    steak in very thin strips and brown in oil.
    Slice green pepper.
    Add
    broth,
    vegetables and soy sauce to meat. Cover; cook
    over
    low heat about 10 minutes or until tender. Stir often.
    Combine
    water
    and
    cornstarch.
    Stir into meat mixture. Cook,
    stirring
    until thickened.
    Serve over sticky rice and eat with chop sticks.
