Hot Sausage Grinders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 green peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Cut sausages in 2-inch pieces.
    Fry in oil until brown on each side.
    Add peppers and onions.
    Fry until soft.
    Add tomato paste and enough water to cover sausages.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve with hard rolls, tossed salad and French fries.
