Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter
    3 large cloves of garlic (minced)
    fresh parsley (16 sprigs leaves only)
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    6 c. plum tomatoes (3- 1# cans) chopped
    1 tbsp. oregano
    1 small can anchovy filets (chopped)
    2 heaping tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Combine oil and butter on medium heat until butter melts.
    Add garlic and parsley, cook 5 minutes.
    Add remaining seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add anchovies and tomato paste. If adding shrimp add and let simmer 3 minutes.
    Serve over angel hair pasta.
