Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cabbage
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard
pepper and salt
Preparation

Shred cabbage into very fine pieces. Place in a dry dish towel and squeeze to make it tender.
Blend thoroughly with salad oil, vinegar and mustard; pepper and salt to taste.
Chill; serve garnished with thinly sliced cucumbers and sprinkled with paprika.
