Greek Capellini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. capellini, uncooked
1 lb. fresh broccoli
vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. canned chicken broth
2 c. peeled tomato, chopped
2 tsp. ripe olives
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. Feta cheese
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
Preparation

Cook capellini, drain.
Wash and cut broccoli into small flowerets.
Coat skillet with vegetable spray; add oil.
Over medium heat, add garlic; saute 1 minute, add broccoli; saute.
Stir in broth and Greek seasoning.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in tomato and capellini.
Simmer until heated.
Add olives and pepper, toss. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with Feta.
